In collaboration with the association Monastir Living-Lab, the COMMON project team of the National Institute of Marine Sciences and Technologies (INSTM) is organising the scientific day GIDSDL 2021 (Innovative Waste Management for Local Development).
GIDSDL 2021 is the first scientific day on innovative waste management that will take place on 26 October 2021 in Monastir (Tunisia), in partnership with the University of Monastir and the Municipality of Monastir. The objective of the day is to promote innovation in waste management and recovery.
A call for papers and posters concerning innovative ideas on one of the themes of the day is open until 7 October 2021.
COMMON (COastal Management and Monitoring Network for tackling marine litter in Mediterranean sea), a European project funded by Eni CBC Med Programme that involves Italy, Lebanon and Tunisia with the aim of protecting the coasts of the Mediterranean from the marine litter through sustainable management.
